Took the long way to the tire shop to get the tires rotated after work.
Turns out the fronts are heavily flat-spotted from autocross, explaining the vibration at high speeds and lumpy handling in parking lots.
Could I have figured out & done this in my garage? Sure. I get free tire rotations (a “buys new tires every few months” kind of discount) so why not use it as an excuse to drive?
This car is too fun.
How’s Oppo doing tonight? I hope y’all are enjoying this MR2sday :)

G ot to drive my car down to a client meeting and back today - traffic not bad, meeting went a little sideways but turned it around for a partial win and got to spend 3 hrs with my sexy little toy with the windows down in the sunshine. But I need new tires... Dunlops are close to done and the right rear has a slow leak.. Four n ew Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ may be in my future at some point here....

Tis SWednesday20 in my part of the world. 3rd last day in this hellhole of a job. Not bad.
Weather is shit though. Hope it comes good on the weekend for some camping.

Thats the outside edge of the tire right? You need more camber to even out that wear some.

I have front camber plates; could get a track-oriented alignment to wear more on the inside edges. When I’d gone to autocross it was on a tire-life alignment (zero camber & toe) so it really roasted the outside edges of the all-seasons.
